These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Biggwin ("Platform", "we", "us") and anyone who uses this website or any of its associated services ("Member", "you"). By accessing or using Biggwin, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

Biggwin is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming regulatory body. We place the highest priority on transparency, integrity, and the protection of our members.

Who do these Terms & Conditions apply to?

These Terms apply to every interaction with Biggwin — visiting the website, opening an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game. Continuing to use the service indicates that you are abiding by the current Terms, even if you registered previously.

To use any Biggwin service, you must confirm that online betting is legal under the local laws of your jurisdiction. Compliance with local laws is solely the member's responsibility.

To create an account with Biggwin, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — a national ID card or passport may be required for verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed and any balances may be frozen.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account using false information is strictly prohibited.
• Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

KYC Verification

Biggwin complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal, or upon request by Biggwin, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• National ID (NID) — clear photos of both front and back
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership (screenshot)
• In some cases, a selfie photo or proof of address may be requested

Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete. However, deposits and gameplay will not be affected.

Biggwin supports Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

Important Deposit Rules

• When making a deposit, send to the number provided by Biggwin — the number may change each session, so never use an old one.
• After sending, you must submit the Transaction ID (TxID) via Biggwin's form — without this step, your deposit will not be credited automatically.
• Submitting the same transaction ID more than once is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• Deposits should be sent from a mobile banking account registered under the same name as your Biggwin account. Using a different name may cause delays during verification.
• No extra charges on deposits — Biggwin does not charge any deposit fees.

Biggwin is committed to paying out members' winnings quickly and reliably. The following withdrawal rules apply:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same payment method used for your deposit.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed, withdrawals from your real-money balance may also be delayed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier — up to 24 hours for Bronze members, and as fast as 5 minutes for Diamond members.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on the member's VIP level and account verification status.
• Biggwin charges no withdrawal fees — every BDT you win is yours to keep.

Biggwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions. While each bonus has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — the exact multiplier is clearly stated on the bonus page. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Single active bonus: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus may result in the cancellation of any existing one.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets. Unless stated otherwise in the bonus terms, they can be used across all games.
• Fraudulent bonus abuse: Attempting to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or creating artificial betting patterns — will result in account termination.
• Referral bonus: Referral bonuses come with their own terms — both the referrer and the referred person must be genuinely separate individuals.

Biggwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified via live chat if an active bonus is subject to sudden changes.

Biggwin has separate rules for Sports Betting, casino games, and esports betting. The general betting rules are outlined below:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a Cash Out option is available.
• Once a match kicks off, in-play betting odds can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded unless stated otherwise.
• Biggwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a selection in an accumulator or parlay bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated through certified third-party software providers.
• Each game's individual RTP (Return to Player) information is available within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the round result will be available in your game history — the server record is always final.

Biggwin is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want every member to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment — never as something that causes harm.

• No one under 18 is permitted to open an account or use Biggwin's services — a strict age verification process is in place.
• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• A temporary Cooling-off period or Self-exclusion can be activated whenever needed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Biggwin and will result in account termination:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Creating artificial betting patterns to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Attempting to launder money or channel funds from illegal sources through Biggwin
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games
• Collecting money from others on behalf of or while posing as a representative of Biggwin

Both Biggwin and the member may close an account:

Closed by member

Any member can request account closure at any time via live chat or email. We recommend withdrawing your balance before closing the account, as processing withdrawals after closure may be more complicated.

Closed or suspended by Biggwin

Biggwin may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• If information provided during KYC verification is found to be false
• Due to legal requirements or regulatory authority directives
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, during the investigation

For accounts closed for legitimate reasons, Biggwin will attempt to return any valid balance — however, this may not apply if evidence of prohibited activity is found.

Biggwin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.
